Ideal for two or three, this cozy first floor apartment has great views over the pond from your own balcony and a private patio and secluded garden area.

It comprises one bedroom with double bed (1m80 width), sitting room with an additional single bed, dining area and shower room.

No kitchen (as such) but everything you need to prepare breakfast (fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, etc..).

Barbecue, garden table and chairs available.

Shared laundry room.
We kindly ask our guests not to smoke in the cottage.

Rental prices

The summer season runs into:

• 2024: from Saturday 6th of July up to and including Saterday 31st of August
• 2025: from Saturday 5th of July up to and including Saterday 30rd of August

Week-end and Midweek prices are only valid in the low season.

Our prices include:

• the rent of all household linen (sheets, bed covers, towels, etc.)
• basic products - coffee, tea, sugar, etc.
• Additional bed (for 3rd person): € 20.00 / rented period

Rental deposit (to be paid on arrival): € 250.00. We do not accept credit cards.
